Steps
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add the tilapia fillet to the pan and cover.
3. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottom of the fillet is light golden brown.
4. Flip the fillet and cover.
5. While the other side is cooking, melt the butter in the microwave.
6. Once melted, add the garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and mix everything together.
7. Once the tilapia is fully cooked, pour the butter mixture over the fillet.
8. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
