Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce heat to low and spread the garlic mayonnaise evenly over the chicken.
6. Cover the pan and let it cook for another 2 minutes to warm the mayo and marry the flavors.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
