Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
8. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
