Steps
1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
4. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and the remaining tablespoon of butter, mixing until the shrimp are coated.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
