Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
