Steps
1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in the julienned carrots and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
4. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well to coat the carrots.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the carrot mixture and toss to combine.
6. Serve topped with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
