Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the chicken breast with the spice mixture and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the couscous. In a small saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover the pan, and remove it from the heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.
5. Serve the grilled chicken over a bed of couscous and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
