Moroccan Grilled Chicken with Couscous

Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breast with the spice mixture and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the couscous. In a small saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover the pan, and remove it from the heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.
- Serve the grilled chicken over a bed of couscous and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
