Orange Glazed Salmon

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Zest one orange and set aside. 3. Squeeze the juice from both oranges into a small bowl. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, orange zest, salt, and pepper. 5. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the orange juice over it. 6. Brush the honey-soy glaze over the salmon. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 8. Serve the glazed salmon with a side of steamed vegetables or rice.
