Steps
1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
3. Add the grated carrot and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
4. Stir in the ground cumin and paprika, cooking for another minute to release the spices' aroma.
5. Mix in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
