
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the grated carrot and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the ground cumin and paprika, cooking for another minute to release the spices' aroma.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
