Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a blender or food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until coarsely chopped. 3. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and honey. 5. Spread the mustard-honey mixture evenly over the salmon fillet. 6. Press the chopped nuts onto the top surface of the salmon, creating a crust. 7. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
