Steps

1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. 3. Add chicken breast and cook until golden brown on both sides. 4. Remove chicken and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 6. Pour in heavy cream, stir well. 7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce until fully cooked. 8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
