Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and spread the mayo mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Allow it to warm for 1-2 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
