Creamy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. 3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese until well combined. 5. Cut a pocket into the chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture. 6. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 7. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 8. Sear the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown. 9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
