Creamy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 4. Stuff the spinach mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast. 5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper. 6. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 7. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side. 8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
