
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast.
- Stuff the spinach mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
