Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
