Steps
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
