
Steps
- - Preheat oven to 375F.
- - Rinse spinach and dry thoroughly. Chop into small pieces.
- - In a bowl mix together flour, butter, Parmesan, salt & pepper, and egg.
- - Add in spinach and mix until thoroughly combined.
- - Grease a baking sheet with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- - Roll mixture into small 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet and press them down slightly to form thick pancakes.
- - Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- - Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
