Teriyaki Beef and Chicken Sandwich

With this recipe, you can combine the Japanese flavours of teriyaki with western staple of a sandwich. This recipe is sure to tantalize your taste buds with the savoury flavour of beef and chicken combined with creamy mayonnaise.

Steps of Preparation: 1. Combine the 2 tbsp of mayonnaise with 2 tsp of teriyaki sauce. Set aside 2. Fry both the beef and chicken slices in a pan over medium heat until they are cooked through. 3. Beat the egg in a bowl. 4. Heat a non-stick pan. Spray some cooking oil before pouring in the egg. Cook the egg like an omelette. 5. When the omelette is cooked flip both sides. 6. Assemble the sandwich by first spreading the mayonnaise-teriyaki mix on both slices of bread. Then top it with the eggs, beef and chicken slices. 7. Grill the sandwich in the non-stick pan over medium flame. Once the bread is toasted, your delicious teriyaki beef and chicken sandwich is ready.
