1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). 2. Place chicken breasts on a greased backing tray and season with salt and pepper. 3. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until fully cooked through. 4. In a bowl, mix together yogurt and olive oil. 5. Place leaves in a bowl and top with chicken and yogurt mixture. 6. Serve and enjoy.
