Steps

1. Prepare the sirloin steak by cutting it into bite-sized cubes. 2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, and smoked paprika. 3. Place the steak cubes in the crockpot and pour the marinade mixture over them. Stir to coat evenly. 4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the steak is tender and flavors are well blended. 5. Stir once midway through cooking to redistribute the sauce. 6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoy directly from the crockpot.
