Garlic Herb Butter Beef Steak

Steps

1. Season the beef steak generously with salt and black pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. 3. Add the steak to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. 4. Reduce heat to low, add butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted herb butter over the steak continuously for 1-2 minutes. 6. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
