Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through. 3. In a bowl, mix the finely diced cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. 4. Stuff the chicken breast with the cucumber mixture and close it. 5. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Sear the chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
