Duck Breast with Veggies

This is a delicious main dish consisting of roasted duck breast and vegetables. It can easily be adapted for a weeknight dinner and is sure to please everyone in the family.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Place the duck breast in an oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper. 3. Cut the peppers, onion and garlic into thin slices and add to the duck. 4. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the dish, then place in the oven. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the duck is cooked through. 6. Serve with your favorite sides.
