Steps

1. Heat a small non-stick skillet on medium heat. 2. Spray the pan lightly with cooking oil or butter. 3. Crack egg into skillet and add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Scramble the egg until fully cooked. 5. Once finished, remove egg from skillet and place onto tortilla 6. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and any other desired toppings. 7. Roll up the burrito and enjoy!
