Egg Fried Rice with Caramelized Onions

A healthy twist on a classic dish, this Egg Fried Rice is packed with flavor from caramelized onions.

Steps

1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized. 2. Push the onions to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. 3.
