Steps
Step 1: Crack both eggs open into a shallow glass dish.
Step 2: Pour half a glass of milk into the dish.
Step 3: Season with pepper and optional salt to taste.
Step 4: Beat the eggs and milk together with a fork until blended.
Step 5: Heat a skillet with butter over medium-low heat.
Step 6: Pour the egg and milk mixture into the skillet.
Step 7: Cook the eggs for 2 minutes on one side.
Step 8: Reduction the heat to low and carefully flip the eggs to the other side.
Step 9: Allow to cook for another minute or until desired texture is reached.
Step 10: Plate the eggs and enjoy!
