Feta and Spinach turkey Burger

1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. 3. Once the turkey is completely cooked through, add the feta cheese, spinach and garlic. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Form the mixture into one burger patty and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

- 120g ground turkey - 2 tablespoons of feta cheese - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped spinach - 2 teaspoons of minced garlic - 2 teaspoons of olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste
