Crispy Fried Spaghetti

This is an easy, crunchy and tasty dish in which spaghetti is fried and tossed with garlic, herbs, and cheese

Steps

1. Boil the spaghetti until cooked to al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. 3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and cook until slightly golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the garlic and herbs, stirring to combine. 5. Add cheese and season with salt and pepper. 6. Stir until cheese has melted and spaghetti has a nice coating, about 2 minutes. 7. Serve immediately.

• 1/2 cup spaghetti • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp herbs of your choice • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese • Salt and pepper to taste
