Steps of Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa, broccolini, garlic cloves, chicken broth, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Gently fold in the cooked fish.
4. Transfer to a small greased baking dish, spreading the mixture out evenly.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
