1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Reduce heat to medium, add salsa and cook for another 2 minutes until the beef is cooked through. 3. Place cooked rice in a shallow bowl, top with beef mixture and sprinkle cheese over the top. 4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
