Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Rub this marinade evenly over the lamb chops and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Once hot, place the lamb chops in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
