Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
4. Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
5. Stir in marinara sauce and cooked pasta, mixing well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
