Garlic Butter Beef Steak with Herb Vegetables

A succulent beef steak pan-seared to perfection and finished with garlic butter, served alongside sautéed herb vegetables for a balanced and flavorful main dish.

Steps

1. Season the beef steak generously with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add the beef steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. 4. In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak continuously to infuse flavor. 6. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. 7. In the same pan, add mixed vegetables and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender but crisp. 8. Serve the steak with the sautéed vegetables on the side, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter.
