Steps
1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5. Sauté the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still vibrant green.
6. Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet and mix well with the broccoli and garlic butter.
7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and stir to combine.
8. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
