Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onions, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken breast and sear on each side until golden brown.
4. Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken, then add rice to the pan, stirring to coat in the flavorful sauce.
6. Return the chicken on top of the rice, cover, and let it simmer until the rice is cooked.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
