Steps

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add crab meat and gently stir, warming through without breaking up the chunks.
  5. Pour in lemon juice, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
