Steps

1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. Reduce heat to low and add margarine and minced garlic to the pan. 5. Spoon melted margarine and garlic over the chicken repeatedly for 1-2 minutes to infuse flavor. 6. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before serving.
