Steps
Preheat your broiler on high.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, exposing the meat.
Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Broil the lobster tail for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top.
