Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

Steps

1. Preheat your broiler to high and position the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. 2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin. Gently lift the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the tail end, and rest it on top of the shell. 3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat. 5. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. 6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with a lemon wedge.
