Garlic Butter Mushroom Chicken

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until browned and tender. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter mushroom sauce over it. 7. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
