Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the margarine in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Drain the spaghetti and add it directly to the pan with the garlic butter.
5. Toss the spaghetti in the garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
