
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet and mix well with the garlic shrimp.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and a lemon wedge on the side.
