1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4.
