Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

4. Stir in butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest, coating the shrimp well.
5. Remove shrimp from heat.
6. Mix cooked rice with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
7. Plate the lemon herb rice and top with garlic butter shrimp.
8. Garnish with additional parsley if desired and serve immediately.
