Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooled tea, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. 3. Marinate the chicken breast in the tea mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4. Rinse the jasmine rice and cook it with 1 cup of water according to package instructions. 5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear chicken for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. 6. Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes to create a flavorful sauce. 7. Serve the chicken sliced over jasmine rice, spoon sauce on top, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
