1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. 4. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. 5. Stir in lemon zest and juice, cook for an additional 1 minute. 6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley if using, and serve immediately.
