Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, and pepper.
2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
3. Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Flip the salmon over, generously brush the top with the garlic herb mixture and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Squeeze the lemon over the top.
