
Steps
- Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the beef to the pot and sauté until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
- Add the cucumbers, garlic, ginger and tomatoes to the pot and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve the stew warm with some basmati rice or couscous.
