Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken and add the minced garlic. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and let it cook for an additional minute.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
