
Steps
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and add the minced garlic. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and let it cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
