Garlic Mushroom Pasta

A delicious and creamy pasta dish with sautéed garlic mushrooms.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy mushroom sauce. 7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
